Mumdad offers a per minute charge. Charges increment by premium SMS. The 1st minute would cost you $5.00 it includes the $2.50 connection fee. Every minute thereafter would cost you $2.50. All calls are time based and longer calls attract increased number of messages. All calls charges are charged to the receiving party's mobile phone by premium SMS.

from my experience, it seems that it don't matter if you are calling from a mobile or a landline. If i remember correctly the fee is at 2.50 per minute exclusive of the 2.50 connection fee. This really is not that expensive when you think of emergencies. It saved my daughter's life, I will forever be thankful.
