Usually, enabling speed dialling for Nokia are as follow:
1. Menu
2. Settings
3. Call Settings
4. Speed Dialling
5. On / Off
6. Back to main screen...
7. Hold down a desired keypad number (2 to 9) to assign a number...
8. Dial the number, in this case it's 1800686323 (Still have to save the number in the contacts if it's not priorly saved)
9. 1800686323 would be assigned for the chosen keypad number (keypad number 2, e.g.)...
10. To make the call, hold down keypad number 2 and that's it!

well thats a good idea we should try and put emergency numbers on our phone's quick dials ( sos numbers like 1800 mumdad, parents etc )...

To ensure safety even more and easy access to an emergency call like 1-800-MUMDAD's reverse charge calls especially for kids, speed dialling is encouraged. Now I hope we could contribute and tackle in this topic how to set up speed dialling for different phone models. Thank you so much!
